Neura aggregates and fully anonymizes data related to individuals’ whereabouts and situations by using machine learning algorithms to transform vast amounts of raw sensory data from mobile devices, IoT devices, homes, and vehicles.


GDPR & CCPA Compliant

The ability to enable end users to control how and when their personal information is used is a cornerstone of Neura. We take privacy seriously and welcome the transparency of GDPR and CCPA. Neura is classified as a data processor under GDPR.


No User Identification

Neura doesn’t collect phone numbers, national ID number, email addresses, or any data that can be used, either on its own or with any other information, to contact, identify, or locate a person.


No PHI

Neura doesn’t collect personally identifiable patient data from any governments or health organizations, whether related to diagnosed cases or any other medical conditions.

Neura has achieved International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certification for information security management: ISO/IEC 27001:2013. It is the most rigorous global security standard for information security management systems (ISMS).


End-to-end Encryption

Neura can only be accessed via SSL VPN with public key authentication, and the services we use are protected with Two-Factor Authentication. Moreover, all access to our web services are secured over HTTPS using SSL 256-bit encryption.
